EL Progress Review: Developing and Implementing a district-wide system that works for ELS

In this session the presenters share their system of reviewing ELL progress in their district. In the first year of implementation the EL failure rate decreased. There was an increase in pedagogical talk about ELs, and grading practices.  Layers of support will be discussed which may enhance your current process.
